The Health Department says the natural medicines industry has been sent a strong message by the prosecution of a South Auckland company.

David and Helen Wang and their company South Auckland Traditional Chinese Medical have been fined a total $45,000 by a district court judge.

They pleaded guilty to various charges after it was discovered the ‘natural Viagra’ the company was selling contained an undeclared prescription medicine.
